Delivery, Returns & Exchanges

Open the box before you pay. When your order arrives, open it and check it while the courier is still at the door. If it isn't right, hand it straight back — you pay only the delivery fee. No forms, no return portal, nothing to post.

Delivery takes 2–7 days anywhere in Egypt, and shipping is free on orders over 2,500 EGP. Below that, a delivery fee is calculated at checkout. Cash on delivery is available. Need it sooner? Message us on WhatsApp and we'll arrange faster delivery where we can.

Exchanges are welcome within two days of delivery. The new delivery fee applies.

We don't offer refunds — because you get to inspect everything before paying, there's rarely a need for one.
